Terms & Conditions for Shipping & Returns

Processing & Shipping Times

Once an order has been placed, please allow for 2-4 business days for your order to be processed, packed and dispatched.

Products specially made to order, will need 7-9 business days for them to be dispatched.

Orders once dispatched, delivering may take up to 7-10 business days depending on the delivery location. Orders may be tracked post-dispatch on delivery status with the courier service. Due to the Covid19 pandemic, shipping delays may occur.

In light of the Covid19 pandemic, our shipping is currently only available in India. We offer free standard shipping within India.

Cash On Delivery (CoD) is available at selected pin codes for an additional nominal charge.


Exchange, Return / Refund & Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only within the first two hours of being placed and request for cancellation is required via email on contact@uniqbags.com. We initiate order processing promptly to assist prompt delivery and hence cannot take cancellation requests once the order is in process.

Although all our products go through a thorough quality check - exchange / return / refund due to manufacturing defect can be availed only within 7 business days from delivery. This is also applicable for any pieces damaged or lost in transit or in the instance when you receive an incorrect / incomplete order.

Please email us on contact@uniqbags.com along with the order number and image(s) of the defective / incorrect product or details of the missing product, we shall get back to you with next steps at the earliest.

Eligibility for exchange or return / refund is at the sole discretion of Uniqbags.com
